At Aape, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear essentials; if not, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and special packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Aape packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
